Shipping policy

 

We proudly fulfill and ship from our Kansas City, KS warehouse. All orders are trackable with the tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped from the KS warehouse.

When your order is completed, please allow 1 - 2 business days for processing.

Shipping times range from 2 - 8 days. 

 

Changing or Cancelling Your Shipment

If you would like to change your shipment, cancel your order, or update your address after placing your order, please email support@strikeman.io with the details of your request and your order number.

Once orders have reached our third-party fulfillment team, we cannot make any changes to or cancel your order. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to implement changes after your order has been placed.

If your order has shipped and was sent to an incorrect address, we encourage you to contact the shipping carrier or wait for the shipment to be delivered or marked as returned to sender. We do not have the capacity to change your address or return your shipment once it has been dispatched.

For any shipments marked as delivered to the wrong address, we are unable to reclaim these goods, and a replacement order will need to be placed. If your package is marked as returned to sender, please contact our support team so they can reship your order. An invoice for the shipping charges associated with the second shipment will be issued before your order is reshipped.

Returns that ARE NOT submitted through the Return Portal WILL NOT BE ACCEPTEDWe cannot refund ANY orders shipped to the warehouse listed on the label of your package.

Shipping and Delivery

1. Shipping Policies
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping information is accurate and complete. Strikeman.io is not responsible for delays or mis-deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances are outside of Strikeman.io’s control.

2. Risk of Loss
All orders are shipped using third-party carriers. Risk of loss and title for purchased goods pass to the customer upon the carrier’s confirmation of delivery to the provided address.

Strikeman.io is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer (e.g., due to theft or misplacement). Customers are encouraged to provide secure delivery locations.

3. Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is available for purchase at checkout and is recommended for all orders. Customers who decline insurance accept full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to packages after the order has been shipped. 

4. High-Value Shipments
Orders exceeding $500 may require signature confirmation at delivery to ensure receipt. Customers may be notified of this requirement during the checkout process.

5. Carrier Inquiries
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, Strikeman.io will assist customer(s) in initiating an inquiry with the carrier. However, resolution is subject to the carrier’s investigation process, and Strikeman.io cannot guarantee outcomes for uninsured packages.
