45-Day Money-back Guarantee Return Policy

Strikeman stands behind its 45-day, risk-free money-back guarantee.

Try your Strikeman product risk-free for 45 days. If you are not satisfied or your shooting skills do not improve, you may return any part of your order for a refund.

The 45-day period begins when your order ships. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

All returns must be submitted through our Return Portal. Returns sent directly to the warehouse address on the package will not be accepted or refunded.

Orders placed between November 1 and December 17 may be returned through January 31 of the following year.

If your order contains an incorrect or missing item, contact Strikeman Support within 45 days of shipment. Include photos of the items received and the packing slip.

Return Requirements

Returned orders must include all original components and must be intact. Missing or damaged components may result in a $25 fee for Pro systems or a $15 fee for all other products.

Products marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or warranty claims.

Products may be exchanged within 45 days of the shipping date.

Orders placed between November 1 and December 20 may be exchanged through January 31 of the following year.

Strikeman will provide a prepaid return label for the item being exchanged. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item, which must be paid before the replacement is shipped.

If you are exchanging the laser caliber in a Strikeman System, please return the entire system. We will send a new system with the correct laser.

Purchases from Third Party sellers

Purchases made through other platforms or retailers, including Amazon, eBay, Bass Pro Shops, gun shows, or other sellers, must be handled through that seller's return or exchange process.
