Strikeman products include a 45-day risk-free trial period. If you are not satisfied or your shooting skills do not improve, start your return through the Return Portal.

The 45-day trial period begins on the day your order ships.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping.

Yes. Returns must be submitted through the Return Portal. Returns sent directly to the warehouse address on the package will not be accepted or refunded.

Returned orders must include all original components and must be intact. Missing or damaged components may result in a $25 fee for Pro systems or a $15 fee for all other products.

Contact Strikeman Support within 45 days of shipment. Include photos of the items received and the packing slip.

The standard one-year warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover everyday wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or modification.

No. Products marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or warranty claims.

Purchases made through platforms or retailers such as Amazon, eBay, Bass Pro Shops, gun shows, or other sellers must be handled through that seller's return or exchange process.

Orders placed between November 1 and December 17 may be returned through January 31 of the following year.

If you are exchanging the laser caliber in a Strikeman System, return the entire system. We will send a new system with the correct laser.
